The most Powerful Sports Bike of 2025? Know Why Keeway RR300 is in Everyone’s Sight

When I first heard about the 2025 Keeway RR300, I thought, “Another bike, another buzz.” But as I dug deeper, I realised that this stylish, affordable sportbike is actually emerging as a fresh and compelling option in the sub-₹ 2 lakh range.

In India, Moto Vault has launched it through Benelli-Keeway dealerships. The RR300 is essentially a rebadged but updated version of the K300R with strong styling, 300cc power and features that rival the likes of the TVS Apache RR 310 or the KTM RC 390 without burning a hole in the pocket. Priced at ₹1.99 lakh ex-showroom, the bike will start getting delivered by the end of July 2025.

If you are like me and want a bike that is reliable for daily rides and ready for fun on the weekends, then you will definitely like the RR300. So go ahead, have a cup of tea, and find out why this bike is in the news.

Sporty looks that stand out in a crowd

You will recognize the RR300 from a distance, it has aggressive full fairing, dual LED headlights and stunning boomerang DRLs. The tinted windscreen and layered fairing design give it a mini-superbike look. Split seats and sharp decals give it the perfect style, neither too over nor too less.

This bike comes in White, Black and Red colors to suit your mood or match your helmet.

Engine that’s truly fun

It has a 292–292.4cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces around 27.5 HP @ 8750 rpm and 25 Nm @ 7000 rpm. It has a 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch as well which makes downshifts quite smooth.

According to the company, its top speed is 139 km/h. But it is not just about speed, the mid-range torque of this bike is quite strong, which is great for both city and highway.

Reliable ride and handling

It weighs around 165 kg, which makes it light and strong. Its bassinet (trellis) frame and 37mm USD forks in the front and monoshock (preload-adjustable) in the rear make the riding stable and comfortable.

It has 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with 110/70 front and 140/60 rear tyres. The braking system gets dual-channel ABS with 292mm disc brakes at the front and 220mm disc brakes at the rear. This setup gives a very confident feel in cornering.

Modern features at an affordable price

On the dashboard, you will get a full-digital TFT instrument cluster, which provides important information like gear indicator, fuel alert, trip meter.

The entire bike is provided with LED lighting which maintains visibility even at night. It has a 12-litre fuel tank, so there will be no need to fill petrol again and again during long distance riding.

Value for money in terms of price

Talking about the price, this bike is quite reasonable at ₹ 1.99 lakh ex-showroom. It is ₹ 66,000 cheaper than the K300R. In comparison, its competitors like the TVS Apache RR 310, Yamaha R15M and BMW G 310 RR are more expensive.

Currently, it is the most affordable fully-faired 300cc bike in India.

Practical for Daily Riding

Even though it looks like a sports bike, it is also made for daily use. Its seat height is 780mm and weight is 165kg, so most riders can handle it comfortably.

Talking about fuel economy, there are no official figures, but similar 300cc bikes return around 30–35 km/l, so the RR300 will also be around the same.

How does this bike stack up in comparison?

Compare it with Yamaha R15M

  • RR300 292cc, 27.5 HP, trellis frame, USD fork, full fairing
  • R15M 155cc, 18.4 HP, smart features and brand value, but lags behind in power
